The Path · how it actually went
I rolled into data,
here's how:
I didn't set out to work in data. I set out to understand people, what they buy, why they stay, what they actually mean when they fill in a survey. The checking is what pulled me in: reporting, then BI, then the slow realisation that the value isn't in the chart, it's in making the chart trustworthy enough to act on.
From there it stacked. Data platforms and automation, the plumbing nobody sees. Consultancy, explaining the same truth to ten different rooms until it lands. Training, because once you can explain it, the useful thing is to teach someone to do it without you. And now leadership, governance and strategy. Two of those aren't jobs: dogoda (2022) and Trainerbjorn (2026) are mine.
I'm not putting this here to list jobs. I'm putting it here so you can see the one thread: across every role, organisation and sector, the work has been the same, making information clearer, more reliable and more useful, and understanding both the technology and the people standing around it. That's the part I'd want you to trust.
